A Look Behind the Scenes

Sources close to the production shared that the last scene filmed was a patchwork sequence featuring Salman and Rashmika in Bandra, which wrapped up around 8:30 PM. After they finished, Salman took the plunge and removed the beard he had been sporting for his role in Sikandar. Known for his clean-shaven look in real life, this moment was especially poignant for both the actor and his fans.

Sikandar was shot over a span of 90 days, with the crew traveling to various locations across Mumbai, Hyderabad, and beyond. The film boasts four songs, three of which are lively dance numbers, along with five thrilling action sequences. It weaves together classic elements typical of director A R Murugadoss, including romance, politics, drama, and revenge, all packed with high-octane action.

Excitement Builds for Eid 2025 Release

Even though principal photography wrapped up in January, Salman, Rashmika, and the team filmed some additional scenes and a promotional song in February and March. The editing for Sikandar is now complete, with color grading, VFX, and background work moving along swiftly. The final prints of the movie are expected to be ready in just five days, paving the way for its theatrical release.

Directed by A R Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Sikandar is set to hit theaters on Eid 2025, and the buzz surrounding the film is only intensifying with each passing day.
