At the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, before the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) vs Mumbai Indians (MI) clash on Monday evening, Ananya wowed the crowd with her captivating dance moves.
She danced to a few of the biggest hits, including the chart-topper What Jhumka from Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, leaving the crowd spellbound. The stadium was charged with electricity as Ananya’s performance lit up the stage, with the fans cheering wildly.
Her beaming father, actor Chunky Panday, was in the stadium and posted a video of her performance on Instagram, captioning it, “Absolute electrifying atmosphere,” which summed up the electric vibe of the event perfectly.

Match Highlights: MI vs KKR
After Mumbai Indians (MI) skipper Hardik Pandya won the toss, he chose to bowl first, reasoning that there was a chance of early swing and dew conditions at Wankhede. His call turned out to be a masterstroke as MI achieved a comprehensive eight-wicket win over KKR. Suryakumar Yadav scored a match-winning innings, finishing the game with his trademark six, much to the pleasure of the MI supporters.
KKR’s Strong Comeback
Although KKR lost their first match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), they bounced back strongly in their second match. KKR dominated Rajasthan Royals (RR), demonstrating their strength and determination to make a comeback in style.
