Amid swirling rumours of a divorce, television actor Vivek Dahiya has finally spoken out about his relationship with wife Divyanka Tripathi. At a recent event, Vivek dismissed the reports, calling them baseless and sharing how the couple reacts to such gossip.
“We Just Laugh It Off”
In a video shared by ABP News, Vivek said, “Bahut maze aa rahe hai. Main aur Divyanka, hum log hass rahe the. Hum log ice cream khate khate soch rahe the ‘aur lamba hoga toh popcorn bhi mangwa lenge’.”
(We are enjoying it. Divyanka and I were laughing at these rumours. We were eating ice cream and joked that if this continues, we might order popcorn too.)
He further explained his understanding of sensational news, saying, “Main bhi YouTube vlogging karta hu, mujhe pata hai yeh clickbait kya hota hai… Kuch bhi aisa unreal ko encourage nahi karna chahiye.”
(I also make vlogs, so I understand how clickbait works. There’s no truth in such things, and we shouldn’t encourage unreal content.)
A Strong Bond Since 2016
Divyanka and Vivek met on the sets of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and began dating shortly after. They got married on July 8, 2016. The couple also won hearts (and the trophy) in Nach Baliye 8 in 2017.

Divyanka’s Recent Work
On the work front, Divyanka recently impressed audiences with her performance in the web series The Magic of Shiri. The 10-episode JioCinema series, directed by Birsa Dasgupta, featured Divyanka as Shiri, a housewife aspiring to be a magician. The series also starred Jaaved Jaaferi, Namit Das, and Parmeet Sethi.
Despite rumours, the couple appears to be going strong, choosing laughter over speculation.
