Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut recently embarked on a deeply spiritual trip to Gujarat, where she visited the revered Dwarkadhish Temple in Dwarka. The journey comes after her adventurous time at Gir National Park, and Kangana used the opportunity to reconnect with faith and peace.
On her Instagram, she shared a soulful reel full of pictures from the temple, accompanied by a touching caption in Hindi:
“Aaj param punya Dwarika ji mein saare sansar ke swami Dwarikadhish ke darshan kiye. Hamesha ki tarah unko milte hi mann shant, shaleen aur unke prem mein magn ho gaya. Dwarikadhish ki kripa, prem aur bhakti sada bani rahe.”
Translation: “Today, in holy Dwarka, I had the darshan of Dwarkadhish, the Lord of the world. As always, upon meeting him, my mind felt peaceful, composed, and immersed in his love. May his grace, love, and devotion always remain with me.”
Fans flooded her post with warm responses. One wrote, “What a blessed and peaceful moment! … May the grace, love, and bhakti of Lord Dwarikadhish always remain with you.” Another added, “Dwarka always fills the heart with calm and reverence. Wishing you continued grace, Kangana Ranaut!” A third expressed, “May you always be healthy and safe by the grace of Lord Shri Dwarkadhish.”
In the shared photos, Kangana looked graceful and humble. She wore a light pink saree embroidered in white, tied her hair in a simple bun, and opted for minimal makeup. Her accessories were understated too — just delicate stud earrings and a ring.
This spiritual retreat also comes at a time when Kangana is balancing her dual roles in public life. She was last seen in the film Emergency, and she is currently slated to star in a psychological thriller opposite R. Madhavan, as well as a project titled Bharat Bhagya Vidhata. On top of her acting career, she’s active in politics — elected as a Member of Parliament from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, after joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2024.
Kangana’s trip to Dwarka is not new in context: earlier reports noted that she was feeling emotionally challenged after the box office failure of her film Tejas. She shared that the divine atmosphere of Dwarka helped her calm her mind and heal. According to the Times of India, she described Dwarka as “heaven” and said that being there made her worries melt away.

During a media interaction related to the visit, she also suggested that the government could facilitate a way for pilgrims to explore the submerged parts of the ancient city of Dwarka a reflection of her spiritual as well as cultural interest in the place.
Overall, Kangana’s Gujarat trip appears to be more than just a getaway: it’s a pilgrimage, a personal reset, and a testament to how she finds strength in her faith.
