Aubrey Plaza recently appeared at a screening event for her new animated series Kevin in New York City, where she was seen proudly showing her baby bump. The 41 year old actor wore a white mini dress with a blue floral print and paired it with white heels. She smiled for the cameras and gently held her baby bump during the event.
At the screening, Aubrey was also seen posing with Whoopi Goldberg and Quinta Brunson. Both of them placed their hands on her baby bump as they stood close together for pictures, creating a warm moment at the event.
The series Kevin is an adult animated show about a housecat who decides he no longer wants to live with humans. The show features voice performances from Whoopi Goldberg, Quinta Brunson, Jason Schwartzman, Charles Melton, and Cary Elwes. Aubrey Plaza co created the series with Joe Wengert, and it is set to release on April 20 on Prime Video.
Aubrey confirmed her pregnancy during an episode of the podcast Smartless, which is hosted by Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett. She said, “Well, there’s a baby inside of me,” and added, “No, I said there is a baby inside of me right now.”

She also spoke about how she feels about becoming a mother. “I’ve always wanted to see what that’s all about, you know?”
Despite her pregnancy, Aubrey continues to stay active. She was recently seen travelling on the subway in New York City in casual clothes, showing that she is continuing her routine as usual.
Reports suggest that the pregnancy came as a surprise after a difficult period in her personal life. Her husband, Jeff Baena, passed away in January 2025. The couple had married in 2021 and had separated four months before his death.
