Millie Bobby Brown Shares Funny Story About A ‘Pee Lid’ During Road Trip

Millie Bobby Brown shared a funny road trip story about avoiding public restrooms and revealed how a "pee lid" became an unexpected part of the journey.

Actor Millie Bobby Brown recently shared a humorous story from a road trip with her husband, Jake Bongiovi, explaining why she prefers not to use public restrooms. Speaking about the incident, the actress revealed that her habit of avoiding roadside toilets led to an unusual situation that both surprised and amused those travelling with her.

Millie recalled that the incident happened while she was on a road trip through Alabama with Jake and a group of friends. She suddenly needed to use the restroom but did not want to stop at a public facility. Describing the moment, she said, “we were on a road trip and we were in Alabama, and it was just me and Jake and our friends, and I needed a wee.”

Instead of waiting for a restroom, Millie said she found another solution. She explained, “I just hung out of the car and peed like in a swamp in the middle of Alabama.” She later used a cup during the journey and cleaned it afterward, but the lid remained in the car. Recalling the story, she said, “I peed in this cup and then I emptied it and then the lid was like a pee cup. And then we kept it in the car and we called it the pee lid.”

According to Millie, Jake was not impressed by the idea of keeping the lid in the car. She remembered his reaction, saying, “Jake’s like, Millie, like you couldn’t have like done anything, like we could have stopped, you could have waited.” The actress laughed while recalling the conversation and suggested that her husband found the whole situation difficult to understand.

Millie explained that her comfort with using outdoor locations instead of public restrooms comes from her childhood experiences. She said she spent many years travelling by road and became used to stopping in open areas whenever needed. Talking about those memories, she said, “I grew up basically peeing in swamps… on the road trips, like it’s like you need to pee, let’s go just pee on the side of the road.”

Her candid story quickly caught the attention of fans online, with many finding the incident relatable and funny. Others were surprised by her honesty and appreciated the lighthearted way she shared a personal travel experience. The story has since sparked conversations on social media about unusual road trip habits and the different ways people deal with long journeys.
