Nicole Kidman has once again become the centre of attention after new photos showed her enjoying a relaxing vacation in Portofino, Italy, with private equity businessman Michael Reinstein. The pictures, published by Page Six, captured the two spending time together at the Belmond Splendido Hotel, leading to fresh discussion about the Oscar winning actor’s personal life following her divorce.
According to the report, Kidman and Reinstein were seen relaxing by the hotel’s swimming pool while enjoying Aperol Spritz drinks. The pair appeared comfortable in each other’s company as they smiled, laughed, and chatted while sitting on nearby pool chairs. In one lighthearted moment, Reinstein playfully lifted Kidman’s white straw hat from her face, and in another, he leaned closer as they continued their conversation. The photos quickly drew attention online, with many people discussing their friendly interaction.
For the outing, Kidman wore a white see through top over a blue bikini, paired with white shorts and Chanel flats. She completed her vacation look with a white straw hat and carried a small straw bag as she left the pool area. Reinstein chose a more casual outfit, wearing a navy blue collared shirt, matching swim shorts, white and brown sneakers, and black sunglasses.
The latest photos came just days after the two were also seen talking outside Kidman’s hotel room in Portofino. Reinstein is originally from Los Angeles and founded his global private equity firm in 2013, where he serves as chairman and chief investment officer.
According to the Daily Mail, Kidman travelled to Italy with her daughters, Sunday, 18, and Faith, 15, whom she shares with former husband Keith Urban. A source told the publication that the actor is currently focused on finding “happiness” after her divorce.
The insider said, “She never thought her marriage wouldn’t work out and she tried as best as she could to keep her family intact.” The source also added, “Her daughters are her best friends, and she seems really content in her life.” Speaking further about Kidman, the insider said, “She’s so easy to get along with and kind. She keeps her personal life extremely private.”

Kidman filed for divorce from Keith Urban in September 2025, ending a marriage that had lasted for nearly 2 decades. Their divorce was finalized in January, with both agreeing to waive child and spousal support. In an interview with Variety 2 months later, Kidman spoke about moving forward, saying, “I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good.” She added, “What I’m grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That’s that.”
Earlier this year, Page Six also reported that Kidman was not dating anyone despite speculation linking her to businessman Paul Salem. A source said, “She is not dating anyone, but she is a single woman.” The insider added that Kidman remains “focused on her kids.” While the latest Italy photos have sparked fresh conversation, neither Kidman nor Reinstein has publicly commented on the nature of their relationship.
