Shantanu Maheshwari recently jetted off to France to unveil the first look of Love in Vietnam at the 77th Cannes Film Festival.
For the unveiling of his debut International project, he took a traditional route with a Chikankari outfit.
Shantanu trusted ace designer Shahab Durazi and picked a sleek and modern shacket from his collections. The traditional shacket got its share of bling through intricate embellishments meticulously done using pearl and crystal beading.
The detailing on the shacket featured lily flowers and Indian paisley patterns, inspired by the designs from the post-Mughal Kashmir region. He paired the shacket with solid matching pants, adding a contemporary touch to his overall look.
Shantanu opted for beautiful rustic tribal silver jewelry. Love In Vietnam marks the production debut of Omung Kumar. It is based on the bestseller Madonna in A Fur Coat
