The trailer launch event of the upcoming Bollywood film ABCD 2 that took place today was a full filled event. The environment was very lively & after seeing the trailer, everyone must have, at least once, got the thought of putting their dancing shoes on.
From sharing their experience on working with each other to how much they have bonded & become one big family, Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Remo D’Souza, Prabhu Dheva & producer Siddharth Roy Kapur expressed their heart out and said that they will cherish these moments for a lifetime.
In fact Shraddha got so emotional that she had tears in her eyes while she was talking about her ABCD 2 journey. Apart from that here are the five highlights from the event which you all shouldn’t miss out on…
Varun Dhawan & Shraddha Kapoor’s entry
The event started with a dance performance on the song ‘Bezubaan’ by the dancers, who will also be seen in the film. While the performance was on, Varun & Shraddha entered and joined the dancers & grooved with them. What we saw was just a glimpse of the actors dancing. And we must say, we are waiting to watch them in the film!
Shraddha’s unplugged version of ‘Bezubaan’ announcement
Varun asked Shraddha to sing a few lines of the song ‘Bezubaan’ and she agreed. She sang the song & maybe the producer, Siddharth Roy Kapur loved it so much that he made an announcement on the spot that they will make an unplugged version of the song with Shraddha. This announcement was a surprise for the actors too & Shraddha just couldn’t stop smiling.
The crowd rooting after watching the trailer
The claps & cheering didn’t stop after the trailer was shown to the media & guests. The 3D trailer looks quite interesting. Now let’s wait & watch what more does the film has to offer to us!
Prabhu Dheva’s monosyllable replies
We all know how little does the dancing sensation Prabhu Dheva talk. Like always, he has only monosyllable replies to the questions asked to him. Thought he was asked to speak a little more, he still stuck to his 1-2 word replies.
The photo session
The photo session of the entire cast & crew didn’t seem to end! The actors patiently posed for the shutterbugs. By the way they were posing for the photos it was pretty evident that they have bonded very well with each other and they must have had a blast while shooting.
ABCD 2 also stars Punit Pathak, Lauren Gottlieb, Dharmesh Yelande, Salman Yusuff Khan & others. Produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur & directed by Remo D’Souza, this sequel to ABCD: ANY BODY CAN DANCE is set to release on 19th June, 2015.
