Taking to his Instagram Stories, Aditya Dhar reposted a fan-made meme that read, “Aditya Dhar mazak nahi, teaser jaldi” — playfully urging the filmmaker to release the teaser soon. Dhar wasted no time responding and wrote, “Teaser will be out in a few days!” The brief but exciting update instantly sent fans into celebration mode across social media.
According to ongoing industry buzz, the teaser for Dhurandhar Part 2 is expected to drop on January 26, 2026, aligning with Republic Day — a fitting date for a film packed with patriotism and high-octane action. While the makers haven’t officially confirmed the date yet, the rumour has only intensified anticipation.
The sequel will see Ranveer Singh reprise his role as undercover agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi. In the first film, Rangi infiltrated Pakistan’s criminal network under the false identity of Hamza Ali Mazari, outsmarting dangerous masterminds and dismantling powerful crime syndicates.
