The DARBAR movie starring Rajnikanth, which is set to release in 2020, had an auspicious beginning in Mumbai. As per a social media post, the first schedule began with a puja in the presence of entire cast and crew. Amongst them the ‘Thailavar’ Rajnikanth himself along with Producer Subaskaran of Lyca Productions and cameraman Santosh Sivan was present.
