Ananya Panday recently shared some playful and heartfelt insights about her contemporaries, including Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri, in a rapid-fire interview with Connect Cine.
When asked about qualities her fellow celebrities had that she didn’t, Ananya gave humorous answers. She mentioned that Sara Ali Khan possessed a college degree something Ananya didn’t have, and she humorously added that since Sara had one, she would claim to have one too. Regarding Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya admired her “belly dancing moves,” which she felt she lacked. For Triptii Dimri, Ananya spoke about her “fearlessness,” something she herself acknowledged she didn’t possess to the same extent.
In a more light-hearted segment, Ananya also mentioned internet sensation Orhan Awatramani, affectionately called Orry, noting that he had pictures with everyone from Rihanna to Nita Ambani.
In a previous conversation for Prime Video’s Maitri: Female First Collective, Ananya expressed how she and her peers Janhvi and Sara made an effort to support each other in both public and personal spaces. She emphasized that they were setting an example of how female friendships in the industry should be.
On the work front, Ananya will be seen next in a film based on C. Sankaran Nair, co-starring Akshay Kumar and R. Madhavan. Meanwhile, Janhvi is busy filming a romantic comedy with Varun Dhawan, and Sara is preparing for the release of Sky Force, an aerial action film, scheduled to hit theaters on January 24, 2025.
