Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s daughter Vamika recently celebrated her first Raksha Bandhan with her baby brother, Akaay, in London. Anushka shared a picture of the rakhis on Instagram, which were designed to look like cars, with yarn and black buttons as wheels, marking this special occasion for her children.
Earlier in June, Anushka also shared how Virat celebrated his first Father’s Day after the birth of their second child, Akaay. Vamika had made a hand-painted card featuring yellow footprints and the message “Happy Father’s Day” in red and green.
Anushka and Virat married in a private ceremony in Italy in 2017. Their daughter Vamika was born on January 11, 2021, followed by their son Akaay on February 15, 2024. The couple has been protective of their children’s privacy, keeping them away from media exposure.
Fans are eagerly anticipating Anushka’s return to the big screen in the biopic Chakda Xpress, where she will portray cricketer Jhulan Goswami, marking her comeback after a five-year break since her last film, Zero (2018).
