This Friday’s premier new release, Balaji Motion Pictures’ Aysuhmann-Nusrat starrer, DREAM GIRL, which was destined to be at least a hit has surpassed expectations and is on way to a blockbuster status.
DREAM GIRL, which opened to a 10 crore Friday, jumped to huge levels, ending the opening weekend netting a huge 44 crore (to be validated) and is sure to continue it’s winning run and end up as a blockbuster!
Meanwhile, last week’s Nitesh Tiwari directed Sushant Singh Rajput starrer, CHHICHHORE, which ended the opening week netting 66 crore, picked up steam, despite a huge obstacle (DREAM GIRL) and has netted a big 90-91 crore (to be validated) at the end of the second weekend.
Additionally CHHICHHORE has also rocked the overseas (given the cost and cast) with US being magical as it grossed a big $1,320,000 (estimated) thus far. No need to say that the film is now an unquestionable super hit!
