Indian cinema continues to captivate audiences worldwide with its rich narratives and technical prowess. As the global stage awaits, the prestigious 77th Cannes Film Festival is all set to showcase the best of Indian cinema.

Amidst the lineup of remarkable titles, ‘Hamare Baarah’ emerges as a standout feature, poised to make a mark with its grand premiere at Cannes.

Starring Annu Kapoor, Ashwini Kalsekar, Manoj Joshi, and Parth Samthaan, ‘Hamare Baarah’ has already ignited conversations nationwide. Helmed by the talented creative director Ajendra Ajay, known for his association with the ‘Badri-Kedar’ temple committee, the film unfolds against the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh, delving into the pressing issue of population growth.

Scheduled for screening during the ongoing Cannes Film Festival, which commenced on May 14th and concludes on May 25th, ‘Hamare Baarah’ is set to hit theaters in India on June 7th, 2024.

Jointly produced by Ravi S Gupta, Birender Bhagat, and Sanjay Nagpal, with Kamal Chandra at the directorial helm, ‘Hamare Baarah’ promises a compelling narrative crafted by writer Rajan Agarwal.

For its domestic release, Viacom 18 Studios will bring ‘Hamare Baarah’ to Indian audiences, while Rising Star Entertainment UK takes charge of its global distribution, ensuring that the film’s impact transcends borders.
