The ongoing legal case involving Raj Kundra and allegations of money laundering and explicit content production has taken a fresh turn, with Kundra breaking his silence to address the media’s portrayal of events. While reiterating his innocence and cooperation with the investigation, he has strongly condemned the media for dragging his wife, Shilpa Shetty, into the controversy.
In a statement shared on Instagram, Kundra dismissed the allegations of pornography and money laundering as exaggerated and expressed confidence in justice prevailing. He also urged the media to respect boundaries and stop associating Shilpa Shetty with the case, stating that such baseless links are tarnishing her reputation.
Meanwhile, Shilpa’s lawyer, Prashant Patil, reiterated her complete disconnection from the case, denying reports of any ED raid at her residence and hinting at potential legal action against media outlets propagating false information. The investigation, ongoing since 2022, has so far centered on Kundra and his associates, with no evidence linking Shetty directly.
