King is expected to be an action-packed drama featuring Shah Rukh Khan alongside his daughter Suhana Khan in a pivotal role, marking their first on-screen collaboration. The film also boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Raghav Juyal, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi, Akshay Oberoi, Jackie Shroff, and Karanvir Malhotra, with Munjya actor Abhay Verma also playing a significant part.
Although the plot remains under wraps, Shah Rukh had earlier offered hints about the project. Speaking at the Locarno Film Festival, he described King as a “cool, massy, action, emotional Hindi film” that he had been eager to make for nearly a decade. The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand, known for Pathaan and War, and co-produced by Sujoy Ghosh, ensuring a blend of action and emotion.

At a recent event in Abu Dhabi, SRK teased, “I can’t reveal much, but I can assure you it will be entertaining. My director is strict, but the film will be worth the wait.” Fans now eagerly await November 2 for the royal reveal.
