Actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha, who underwent bypass surgery at a Mumbai hospital on Monday, is now fine, said doctors today.
‘Shatrughan Sinha is fine now. We shifted him from the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) to a room yesterday. It will take him a few more days to recover completely,’ said a senior doctor of the hospital on Friday.

He was admitted to the hospital in Andheri on July 2 after he complained of breathlessness. Medical examination revealed he had a severe allergic respiratory reaction due to the ongoing painting work in his house.
During medical tests, blockages were found in his coronary arteries for which he had to undergo the surgery.
The 66-year-old’s wife Poonam, daughter Sonakshi and sons Luv and Kush are taking care of him.
