Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is reportedly pregnant with her second child and husband and entrepreneur Anand Ahuja, in a new Pinkvilla report. The couple, who welcomed their first child, Vayu, in August 2022, have not yet made the announcement. However, in the report, according to a source, “Sonam is two months pregnant, and the news has brought immense joy to both families.”
Even in the absence of confirmation by Sonam or the Kapoor and Ahuja family itself, the speculation is abuzz with everyone around social media. General public, as well as entertainment portals, are now closely watching Sonam’s social media activity and public outings, eagerly looking for any clues or a tacit confirmation. Her conspicuous absence at some key recent events has further encouraged the speculation.

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja tied the knot in May 2018 with a rich Sikh wedding ceremony in Mumbai. The couple later welcomed their first child, Vayu, in August 2022 with an emotional Instagram post that was widely cheered by fans, family, and Bollywood colleagues.
Currently 40 years of age, Sonam has enjoyed an equally successful career in films as she has in managing her personal life. She is very well known for her performances in the films like Neerja, Raanjhanaa, Sanju, and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. She had given films a break six years back, prior to which she returned to films in 2023 with the crime thriller Blind, where she played the role of a visually challenged ex-cop.
Sonam is also said to be a part of forthcoming film Battle for Bittora, a adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s top-selling novel. Waiting for the official word, whispers of another addition to the Kapoor-Ahuja family are still the buzz in showbiz.
