At a recent event, Sonam, who chatted on myriad topics from her films to Indian Cinema to Bollywood to actresses to her favorite topic fashion, candidly mentioned about how she took tips from Sri Chachi and even how she helped her Sri Chachi hire a stylist during ENGLISH VINGLISH.
Sonam said, ''I have taken tips from Sri (Sridevi) chachi and I have also discussed clothes with her because when Sri Chachi wanted to start with ENGLISH VINGLISH she had no idea…and she like came to me asking beta tum itne saare kapde kaise pehenthe rahete ho where do they come from? So, I made her hire a stylist and she's been working with a friend of mine to get all these fabulous clothes that she likes to wear. She loves dressing beautifully. But, I remember when I started out in this industry, which was five years ago, I went to her and the one advice she gave me was to learn how to do your own make-up.''
