The buzz around Tere Ishk Mein is at an all-time high as A.R. Rahman’s album continues to trend and the film’s trailer receives widespread applause. Fans are particularly excited about the sizzling chemistry between Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, whose pairing has quickly become a major talking point ahead of the film’s release. Riding this wave of anticipation, Kriti opened up about her experience working with Dhanush, sharing insights into the creative bond that shaped many of the film’s most memorable moments.
Speaking about her collaboration, Kriti said, “I think Dhanush is an incredible actor. I have always admired his talent and craft. He has a strong hold on his craft, is very nuanced, and brings a lot of layers to his character. He also has experience directing films, so he understands scenes and how they translate on screen. I was excited to work with him because I knew I’d have an actor to really feed off from—and that’s exactly what happened. Even though we hadn’t met before, it worked out beautifully.”
She further described their on-screen dynamic, highlighting the long, intense scenes that required mutual energy and focus. “He’s really collaborative and helpful. Together, we created some magical moments, and you could feel it when a scene worked. We’d look at each other and think, ‘That was a good scene!’ I’ve really enjoyed working with him and hope we collaborate again in the future,” Kriti added.
Ter Ishk Mein promises to captivate audiences with the passionate chemistry of Shankar and Mukti, layered performances, and hard-hitting dialogues.
