It has been a regular feature to see Shah Rukh Khan’s luxury real estate portfolio in the news. His London property on Park Lane has once again attracted widespread attention. This gorgeous bungalow, with an iconic “117” number plate and a fleet of luxury cars parked outside, gives a glimpse into the extravagance of the Bollywood superstar. A recently surfaced video showcasing the property has become viral, further igniting fans’ admiration for Khan’s opulence.

The London residence reportedly purchased for £20 million (approximately Rs 200 crore), stands as one of SRK’s most significant international acquisitions. This purchase, as reported in 2009 by Manchester Evening News, was considered the most expensive real estate deal by a Bollywood actor outside India at the time.
However, Khan’s global properties extend beyond this London gem. In Mumbai, he has his sea-facing bungalow, which is called Mannat and is quite a landmark for fans. The actor owns another luxury house, called Jannat, in Mumbai and another expensive mansion in Delhi with his wife Gauri Khan. Further, the holiday retreat that Khan has at Alibaug is the place where close friends and family are also frequently seen visiting.

Past publicity included his Los Angeles villa, which he listed for stays through a partnership with a hospitality platform, as an example of the actor’s love for luxury.
Beyond his properties, SRK’s connection to the UK extends to his family as well. His elder children, Aryan and Suhana Khan studied in the country. The former studied at Sevenoaks School, and Suhana completed her high school at Ardingly College. His youngest son, AbRam, is in Mumbai’s prestigious Dhirubhai Ambani International School.
Professionally, Shah Rukh Khan is still as vibrant as ever. The actor will be a part of Siddharth Anand’s King, where he will be accompanied by Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan. The movie is likely to go on floors in January 2025, with an Eid 2026 release planned. It is another new adventure for SRK and fans can’t wait for the next big screen outing with him.
