In a video shared online, Cardi appeared visibly upset and animated while speaking to the NFL star. Diggs, meanwhile, stayed relatively calm, leaning against a vehicle with his arms folded as the rapper confronted him.
At one point during the argument, a man accompanying Cardi could reportedly be seen placing a hand on her shoulder in an attempt to calm her down.
According to media sources, the confrontation lasted around 10 minutes. A source also claimed Cardi was overheard saying, “That bitch is messy,” though it remains unclear exactly what triggered the argument.
Neither Cardi nor Diggs has publicly commented on the situation so far.
The tense moment comes shortly after the pair surprised fans over the weekend by appearing together at Diggs’ Diggs Deep Foundation Mother’s Day event. Videos from the event showed the two smiling, posing for photos, and showing affection toward each other, including Diggs kissing Cardi on the cheek and wrapping an arm around her waist.

Soon after the event, a source told Us Weekly that Cardi was “giving Diggs a second chance” but “not fully committing to him.”
The relationship between the rapper and the football star has reportedly been rocky in recent months. The couple allegedly split in February, nearly a year after going public with their romance, amid reports that trust issues had developed between them.
