Actor Samarth Jurel, known for his roles in TV shows like “Maitree” and “Udaariyaan,” is gearing up for his OTT debut in an upcoming web series titled “Changez.” Currently in production, the series has wrapped up its shooting schedule in Chandigarh and will continue filming in Film City, Mumbai.
Samarth will play a Rajasthani character pivotal to the story. The series also features Chittaranjan Tripathy, Yashpal Sharma, and Ujjwal Chopra in significant roles. Directed by Jajvinder Sodhi, “Changez” is an action thriller drama with a gangster theme, reminiscent of “Mirzapur.” The show aims to premiere on a major OTT platform between December and January.
On the other hand Isha Malviya and Samarth Jurel’s breakup has surprised many fans, especially given their affectionate moments on “Bigg Boss 17.” Isha recently shared in an interview with Galatta India that she called Samarth to check on his leg injury, which had caused him to withdraw from “Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.” She expressed genuine concern for his well-being, stating, “Maine call unhe (I called him) and I asked him about his leg. It’s not ki main usko kuchh dikhana chahti hun ki dekh maine tujhe call kiya ya something like that. But it’s just ki mujhe genuinely bahut bura laga ki kya hogaya (It’s not that I want to show you something or see that I called you or something like that. But it’s just that I was genuinely worried about what would happen).”
Despite her concern, Isha felt regretful about making the call, acknowledging that some actions are beyond our control. She candidly shared her emotional struggles post-breakup, feeling that she now has “zero self-respect.” Isha described herself as someone who doesn’t easily give up on people, regardless of how much they might neglect her, and emphasized her efforts to maintain communication, even when it’s challenging.
