Earlier, on March 27, a teaser of about 2 minutes 8 seconds was released, offering viewers a first look at the series. The video introduced a new version of Hogwarts and confirmed that the show is expected to premiere in December this year. Dominic McLaughlin will play Harry Potter, while Arabella Stanton will appear as Hermione Granger and Alastair Stout will take on the role of Ron Weasley. In supporting roles, John Lithgow will play Albus Dumbledore and Nick Frost will appear as Rubeus Hagrid.
