Jimmy Shergill, Tamannaah Bhatia and Avinash Tiwari are all set to wow audiences with the new high-octane crime drama Sikandar Ka Muqaddar directed by acclaimed filmmaker Neeraj Pandey. The first announcement in February created excitement when Netflix recently released a behind-the-scenes teaser giving a glimpse into the making of this intense thriller.
The first look highlights the powerful performances of the lead actors. It teases a thrilling story about the theft of Rs 60 million worth of diamonds and the relentless quest for justice by a determined investigator. This hints at a high-stakes plot. Produced by Friday Storytellers, the ensemble cast includes Rajeev Mehta, Divya Dutta and Zoya Afroz, adding depth to the star-studded cast of Neeraj Pandey, who is best known for his directorial debut, A Wednesday (2008) Special 26, Baby, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sikandar Ka Muqaddar.
Tamannaah Bhatia’s Telugu supernatural thriller Odela 2 is also in the works, while Jimmy Shergill was recently seen in Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba and Auron Main Kahan Dum Tha was recently seen in Kunal Kemmu’s Madgaon Express. With such a talented team, Sikandar Ka Muqaddar is going to become one of the most awaited releases on Netflix.
