The Indian film industry has welcomed a growing infatuation with documentaries, especially after the success of Angry Young Men and The Romantics. In this light, Netflix has announced a new documentary series titled The Roshans, which will take the audience through the journey and legacy of the iconic Roshan family, including Roshan Lal, Rajesh Roshan, Rakesh Roshan, and Hrithik Roshan.

Netflix revealed the poster of the documentary on Instagram. Here’s what they wrote:

The documentary is directed and co-produced by industry veteran Shashi Ranjan, alongside Rakesh Roshan. It promises intimate insights, featuring interviews with peers, friends, and colleagues offering their perspectives on the Roshan family’s contributions to Indian cinema.

What to Expect
The biographical series will include the life story and hard struggle of Roshan Saab, whose name translates into a foundation for this Artistic dynasty. It will also account for Rakesh Roshan and Rajesh Roshan’s achievements as directors along with Hrithik Roshan as actors, musicians, and performers. Additional depth will be obtained when the documentary includes Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Sham Kaushal among other voices in the same series about the Roshan’s legacy.
