It appears that there has been much controversy surrounding the sad incident when the movie Pushpa 2: The Rule was screened at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad during the previous month. Lead actor of the movie Allu Arjun was arrested in this regard, in which a 35-year-old woman died, and her 9-year-old son was injured.
Chaos struck when the theater’s main gate suddenly collapsed, triggering a stampede when a huge crowd congregated to catch a glimpse of the actor. In response to this incident, Allu Arjun offered his condolences to the family, both emotionally and financially. He donated Rs 25 Lakh to the family.

Despite this, he was also charged with filing a case against him for causing the stampede. Sandhya Theatre is also charge-sheeted for criminal negligence under Sections 105 and 118(1) BNS.
The whole incident took place when the event was at its high note for the screening of one of the most waited films of the year, Pushpa 2: The Rule The film has already gone past Rs 1000 crore mark at the box office, adding further value to the tragedy
Allu Arjun’s involvement with more details pertaining to any legal ramifications are yet to come as the investigation turns up more updates.
