The much-awaited trailer of the film was recently launched in a unique and vibrant ceremony designed to resemble a real wedding, giving attendees an immersive experience rather than a conventional trailer release event.
Adding to the spectacle, actor Abhijeet Amkar arrived in a traditional wedding procession, riding a horse with the energetic beats of dhol and tasha. Actress Priyadarshini Indalkar made a grand entry in a palanquin, recreating the charm of a classic Maharashtrian wedding ritual. Popular actor Swapnil Joshi attended the event as a special guest, bringing star power and excitement to the celebration. Director Akshay Gore shared insights into the film’s concept, stating that a wedding is one of the most emotional and significant events in a person’s life, filled with dreams, expectations, and heartfelt emotions. However, unexpected incidents often occur during these joyful moments, altering the course of relationships and life itself. He explained that Lagnacha Shot is inspired by such unpredictable situations. Rather than offering just laughter, the film explores relationship misunderstandings and the journey of overcoming them in a lighthearted yet relatable way. He expressed hope that audiences would connect personally with the story and enjoy the ride in theatres.
The film is produced by Mahaparv Films in collaboration with Jija Film Company. Akshay Gore has handled both writing and direction. Music for the film is composed by Pravin Kolhi and Yogita Kolhi.
