National Award Winner GV Prakash Kumar received love from Thangalaan producer for extraordinary composition

The Chiyaan Vikram and Malavika Mohanan starrer ‘Thangalaan’ was released in cinemas yesterday. The film, directed by Pa Ranjith, opened with an extraordinary response from nation-wide audiences. Besides Chiyaan Vikram’s terrific performance, Pa Ranjith’s conviction as a director, the background score, and the music by GV Prakash Kumar struck the right chord with the audiences.

The national award-winning music composer is receiving immense love for his folk compositions. His music emerged as a’second hero’ of the film, and to express gratitude, Studio Green’s producer, K.E. Gnanavel Raja, penned down a note saying,

Talking about GV Prakash Kumar, the multi-faceted talent is gearing up for the release of his first pan-India film as an actor-producer, ‘Kingston and the Cursed Sea’. Besides this, he has composed music for the Akshay Kumar starrer Sky Force, the Kangana Ranaut starrer Emergency, and many other projects.
