The latest episode of Anupamaa is full of emotional moments as family relationships are tested once again. What starts as preparations for a cooking competition soon turns into a painful family conflict, with Prem’s growing anger creating a major rift between him and Rahi. By the end of the episode, a shocking twist leaves everyone worried as Rahi suddenly goes missing.
The episode begins with Anupama making sure everything is ready for the upcoming cooking competition. She checks with Banku, Ishani and Digvijay about the pending orders and the ingredients needed for the next day. She also asks Ishani and Mahi to support her during the family round of the contest. Anupama admits that she first joined the competition to prove herself, but now things have changed. She believes Prem has made the contest personal by trying to defeat her at any cost. Determined not to back down, she promises to fight with confidence and give her best.
Meanwhile, Rahi asks Prem how his meeting with Anupama went. Instead of answering calmly, Prem gets angry and tells her to stop talking about Anupama all the time. He reveals that he returned Anupama’s recipe diary but also accepted her challenge. Although he admits stealing the diary was wrong, he insults Anupama’s recipes by calling them worthless. He says he wants to prove that a professional chef is far better than a home cook. In anger, he throws the recipe diary aside, shocking Rahi. She immediately questions how he could disrespect something that carries so many memories, emotions and years of hard work.
Rahi tells Prem that his hatred for Anupama has changed him completely. She says he is no longer the caring person she once knew and has become consumed by anger. Prem accuses Rahi of supporting Anupama instead of standing by him. Rahi explains that she only wants him to realise his mistake, but Prem refuses to listen. He gives her an ultimatum, saying that if she wants to support Anupama, she should leave his house. His harsh words shock the entire Kothari family. Vasundhara, Khyati and Shruti all try to calm him down, but Prem remains stubborn and even tells Vasundhara that she is free to leave if she disagrees with him.
At the Shah house, life continues as Prerna prepares dinner for the family. While everyone praises her cooking, Leela gets upset because Prerna uses an expensive dinner set without asking. The family tries to lighten the mood with jokes, but Leela refuses to change her opinion. At the same time, Anupama cannot stop worrying about Rahi. Later, Pari visits Rahi to comfort her, but after she leaves, Rahi breaks down in tears, unable to cope with everything happening around her.
The episode ends with a major twist. Just as the Shah family sits down to enjoy dinner, Pari rushes in looking frightened. She asks if Rahi has returned home. When everyone says no, Pari reveals that Rahi is missing. The shocking news leaves the entire family speechless and deeply worried.
In the precap, Anupama tells Rahi that a mother will always have a place for her daughter. However, Rahi sadly replies that neither of them truly has a home they can call their own. Deeply affected by her words, Anupama decides that winning the cooking competition has become more important than ever because she wants to build a home where she can live with dignity and independence.
