Akshay Kumar continues to be on a roll. Barely through with the release of ONCE UPON AY TIME IN MUMBAI DOBAARA, in the middle of shoot of ITS ENTERTAINMENT, returning soon to work on THUPPAKKI remake and then gearing up to start work on his next, GABBAR, the actor is also in the thick of things as far as the release of BOSS is concerned. The film arrives in exactly 50 days from now and the actor is keeping tab on reactions that have started coming in ever since the promos of this Anthony D'Souza affair went online.
"Akshay is currently shooting for ITS ENTERTAINMENT in Bangkok but is constantly in touch with his team in Mumbai. As always, he is pretty much multi-tasking and wants to ensure that BOSS gets the kind of marketing, promotion and release that it warrants," informs a source.
While the marketing so far has been centred on the 'fadu' action appeal of the film, the promotion has already started with a bang. Moreover, there are aggressive plans already in place to ensure eye balls for this biggie which arrives on 16th October.
"As for the release, there won't be any unnecessary distraction by means of clash or negativity of any kind since its release date had been announced long back," a close associate of the actor adds, "It is a solo release and no one has tried coming in its way."
Now that would indeed be music to ears for this action entertainer where Anthony D'Souza is said to have incorporated a strong emotional angle other than ensuring some chartbuster musical score. Watch this space!
