While on one end Madhuri Dixit plays a mesmerizing and dainty Begum for Abhishek Chaubey’s DEDH ISHQIYA, she turns barbarous for her other upcoming film, Anubhav Sinha’s GULAAB GANG.

The first poster of the film shows a ferocious Madhuri Dixit holding an axe in one hand and a sickle in other, displaying her angst and violent streak. Directed by Soumik Sen, GULAAB GANG is a story of a gang of women fighting against social injustice, inspired from something that has happened in Uttar Pradesh.
The film also stars Juhi Chawla who plays a negative character, and is now scheduled to release on March 7, 2014.
