BTS Jimin’s ‘Who’ music video out now: BTS Army react, “Jimin’s voice is my happy medicine”

BTS member Jimin has released the music video for his new song “Who.” The video, which is over three minutes long, premiered on HYBE LABELS’ YouTube channel on Friday. In the visually captivating video, Jimin is seen dancing and singing on a street at night, surrounded by shops and burning cars and televisions. A tornado in the background reflects the tumultuous emotions depicted in the song. Jimin is joined by several dancers throughout the video.

The BTS official Instagram page promoted the release with the caption, “지민 (Jimin) ‘MUSE’ Release.”

The song’s lyrics delve into themes of longing and searching for love:
“We never met she’s all I see at night / Never met, but she’s always on my mind / Wanna give her the world and so much more / Who is my heart waiting for / If every day I think about her / Yeah every day of my life / Then tell me why I haven’t found her / So many people to see and places to go / Still haven’t found hello.”

Fans have been highly receptive to the video, with one commenting, “Jimin’s voice is my happy medicine,” and another saying, “From the lyrics, I think this song is relatable to every idol who is facing problems to find true love.” A particularly enthusiastic fan wrote, “Jimin’s new song is absolutely amazing! His vocals are so powerful, and the music is incredibly catchy. I’m so impressed by his talent and hard work. This is definitely going to be on repeat for a long time. Well done, Jimin!”

“Who” is a track from Jimin’s second album, Muse, which he recorded and produced before his enlistment in the South Korean military in December 2023. The album features seven songs: “Interlude: Showtime,” “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” (feat. Loco), “Who,” “Be Mine,” “Slow Dance,” and “Closer Than This.” Currently, Jimin is serving his mandatory military service.
