Coldplay performed in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, at the Narendra Modi Stadium on January 2, 2025, as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour. Speaking to the crowd before he sung the song, Martin declared, “We are gonna sing for our brothers, BTS,” which triggered an uproar of applause. It became immeasurably more glorious when the fans lit up the stadium with purple lights as a tribute to BTS.
