Anshula Kapoor and her soon-to-be husband Rohan Thakkar recently welcomed a cozy and intimate engagement party at Boney Kapoor’s bungalow in Bandra, Mumbai. The couple, who became engaged in July while on a romantic holiday to New York, celebrated the special day with close friends and relatives before their wedding in December.
Shanaya Kapoor went to Instagram to post moments from the family event. She began her share with a warm photo of her mom, Maheep Kapoor, embracing Anshula tightly in a lovely mother-daughter pose. The two looked stunning in the same color red, twinning so well for the event. Another unrestrained frame captured them sitting around the dining table with dosa plates, dal, and chutneys, surrounded by Jahaan Kapoor, as they took the camera’s picture.
Shanaya captioned the photos with a plain red heart. In one other cute photo, Khushi Kapoor was seen flashing her sparkling smile while looking into the frame. Looking lovely in an ocean-blue saree with a bordering ornamentation, Khushi was beautiful. Mentioning her cousin, Shanaya posted a colorful sticker indicating “Say cheese,” to which Khushi responded posting a “Say dosa” with a cracked-face emoji.
While this, Arjun Kapoor was spotted doing his big brother thing, greeting the paparazzi outside the venue with warmth. He was posing for photos and asking photographers to be on their best behavior for the sake of the residents of the building.
A few family members and close relatives were present for the celebration, including casual maroon tee-clad Boney Kapoor with grey pants, Sunita Kapoor accompanied by daughters Sonam and Rhea Kapoor, Mohit Marwah, Jaanvi Dhawan, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, and designer duo Arpita Mehta and Kunal Rawal.
Anshula and Rohan’s engagement was a beautiful celebration of love that had the tone for their wedding coming up.
