Dancer, actor, and favorite host Raghav Juyal recently looked back on his experiences working with two of Bollywood’s biggest stars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. In an open interview with Ranveer Allahbadia, Raghav talked about moving stories about his experiences with the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan co-star Salman Khan, particularly at the actor’s grand farmhouse in Panvel.
Spelling out the experience as “another world altogether,” Raghav remembers spending three unforgettable days at Salman’s farmhouse. “He’s a giver,” Raghav declared, underlining the warmth and hospitality of the actor. “The kind of fun we had there was of another level. He loves to take care of people; he loves to host. Bhayankar party…” he described, reminiscing the vigor of the place. In one amazingly unexpected instance, Salman invited him at 3 AM to watch horses copulate — something Raghav never saw before. “It was random, but that’s Salman sir. Parties go all night long, and then at 4 AM the ATVs roll out. Earth alag chal raha hai, aur unka world alag.”
He also explained the vast farmhouse to be more thrilling than any five-star hotel, with dirt bikes, waterfalls, and spontaneous escapades. The place’s unpredictability, mixed with Salman’s charity, was something that stayed with him.
This isn’t the first time Raghav has spoken highly of Salman Khan. In a previous interview with Humans of Bombay, he explained how Salman brings a sense of family to the household. “He has a habit of sitting to eat with everyone, especially when there is a feast. All the actors sit to eat with him inside a tent. It feels like home. I’ve been scolded by him many times, but it felt like a father or elder brother correcting you,” he shared.
Raghav also recently co-operated with Shah Rukh Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, for Aryan Khan’s directorial venture The Bads of Bollywood. “Both Shah Rukh sir and Salman sir have constructed their worlds in totally different manners. But the only thing that is common between them is that they’ve done it their way — with individuality and conviction,” he said.
