Harry Styles Is Back! New Single ‘Aperture’ Launches a Mysterious New Era

Harry Styles announces new single ‘Aperture’ and fourth album ‘Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally,’ marking his long-awaited musical comeback.

Harry Styles is officially stepping into a brand-new musical era, and fans couldn’t be more excited. The British pop sensation has announced his upcoming single Aperture, giving the world its first taste of his highly anticipated fourth studio album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.

The singer revealed the news on January 20, sharing a joyful Instagram photo of himself inside a recording studio, arms thrown wide and smiling as if welcoming listeners into his next chapter. The single is set to release on January 22 at 7 p.m. ET, marking his first new solo track since Satellite in 2023. After a brief break from the spotlight, Styles is officially back in action.

The title Aperture immediately sparked intrigue. Borrowed from photography terminology, an aperture controls how much light enters a lens, shaping brightness and depth. The metaphor hints at themes of emotional openness, clarity, and vulnerability — a fitting evolution for an artist known for blending personal storytelling with genre-defying pop.

The single leads into Styles’ upcoming album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, scheduled for release on March 6. Featuring 12 tracks, the record will be his first full-length project since Harry’s House in 2022 — an album that proved to be a career landmark.

Harry’s House dominated award season, earning Grammy wins for Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Engineered Album. Its breakout single As It Was became a global phenomenon, further cementing Styles as one of modern pop’s defining voices. With expectations sky-high, the new album already feels poised to make another cultural splash.

In the weeks leading up to the announcement, Styles has teased fans with cryptic breadcrumbs. A mysterious website titled WeBelongTogether.co appeared, featuring a photo of him in an outdoor art class and an interactive spinning wheel that lands on either “disco” or “kiss,” directing users to a phone number linked to his team. Posters bearing the phrase “we belong together” have also surfaced in major cities including New York, Berlin, and Palermo — fueling speculation of a global rollout.

Styles last toured with his record-breaking Love on Tour, which ran for nearly two years. After its conclusion in July 2023, he called it “the greatest experience of my life,” thanking fans for their love and energy.

Since then, he’s kept a low profile — spotted in Italy with girlfriend Zoë Kravitz and even completing the Berlin Marathon last fall. Now, with Aperture opening the door, Harry Styles is ready to let the light back in.
