Considering the film’s scale, cast, and expectations, the first week performance has been viewed as below expectations.
The comedy drama features Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, Pooja Hegde, and several other actors in key roles. The film is also being promoted as the final directorial project of veteran filmmaker David Dhawan. Despite the star cast and established director, the movie has received mixed to average feedback from audiences, which has limited its growth at the box office so far.
