Ravi Kishan has become one of the biggest internet sensations in recent years, with his dialogues, expressions and public appearances turning into viral memes almost every time he is seen. Whether it is his popular “Jaldi the late” remark in Parliament, the widely shared “home from work” clip, or his memorable “Bahut khoobsurat hai” dialogue from Laapataa Ladies, social media users love turning his moments into funny content. His energetic personality and unique style have made him one of the most talked about celebrities online, with fans eagerly waiting for his next viral moment.
Speaking exclusively to News18, Ravi Kishan shared his thoughts on becoming a favourite among meme creators. The actor and politician said he has never tried to become a meme and believes people simply connect with his natural personality. He explained that he enjoys every bit of the attention because what people see is his real self. Ravi said he carries inspiration from many legendary performers, including Al Pacino, Amitabh Bachchan, Balraj Sahni, Shah Rukh Khan, Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley. According to him, all these influences come together in his personality, making his style unique and different. He also recalled his famous dialogue from years ago, saying that he is still the same person who once said, “Zindagi jhandwa, phir bhi ghamandwa.”
Ravi Kishan believes that the love he is receiving today is the result of good timing, hard work and the blessings of God. He said there was never any plan to become popular on social media. According to him, when the right time comes, even the smallest things people do begin to attract attention. He also credited the prayers of his family, his ancestors and his supporters for the success and affection he receives from audiences across the country.
The actor also made it clear that he never rehearses or prepares his speeches or public appearances to make them go viral. He said he simply speaks whatever comes naturally to him in the moment. Whether he is speaking in Parliament, attending an event or performing in front of the camera, he does not think about creating memorable moments. Ravi believes his ability to connect with people is a blessing from Lord Shiva and Goddess Saraswati, allowing him to perform every role with complete honesty and emotion, whether he is playing a hero, a villain or even a divine character.
On the work front, Ravi Kishan will soon be seen in Dhamaal 4 and Mirzapur: The Movie. He was also recently seen in Prime Video’s reality show The Alliance, where he appeared alongside his daughter Riva Kishan. Ravi revealed that he agreed to join the show mainly because he wanted to spend quality time with his daughter. He shared that Riva is his first child and they share a very close emotional bond. Since his responsibilities as a Member of Parliament keep him busy in Gorakhpur and his film work often takes him to different places, he felt the show gave them a rare chance to be together without phones or daily distractions. He said the experience made him realise even more how special their relationship truly is.
