The upcoming season has been introduced with the campaign and theme ‘Aata Khel Badalnar’, which means ‘Now the game will change’.
For Madhuri, the show also marks her return to television hosting after a gap of 24 years. She last hosted Kahin Na Kahin Koi Hai in 2002. Since then, she has continued to appear on television through reality shows and special appearances, but she has not regularly hosted an entire show.
The actor has explained that what interests her about Kon Honar Crorepati goes beyond the prize money. According to her, the programme is also about curiosity, courage and the willingness to dream. These elements are expected to be an important part of her interactions with the contestants during the new season.
Kon Honar Crorepati has been a familiar show among Marathi television audiences since it began in 2013. Over the years, the programme has been hosted by well known names including Sachin Khedekar, Swapnil Joshi and Nagraj Manjule. Sachin Khedekar, in particular, has been associated with the show for several seasons, with his calm and conversational style becoming an important part of its identity.
