The eagerly awaited trailer for season four, and the final season, of the International Emmy nomination-winning series “Four More Shots Please!” has finally been released, hinting at what promises to be a emotional and empowering end to this much-loved series as 2025 comes to a close. The highly acclaimed series on Amazon Prime is back for its final season.
Four More Shots Please! has been breaking moulds with female friendships in the past years and redefine the way these are portrayed on Indian television and beyond. Fearless, imperfect, and ambitious female characters with no apologies for their authenticity and being real – this web series shattered stereotypes by being voices and representations of their realities – desires, fears, heartbreaks, and triumphs. The final season continues to echo these with more depth in emotions as the legendary group struggles with life-altering incidents that push their friendships into being tested in ways they never were before.
The regular leads in the show, Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J, and Maanvi Gagroo, are back as Damini, Anjana, Umang, and Siddhi, respectively, with a number of regular cast members, such as Prateik, Smita Patil, Lisa Ray, Rajeev, Ankur Rathee, and Milind Soman, returning in the show, with new entrants Dino Morea, Anasuya Sengupta
The promos give a glimpse into a season that is going to be full of self-discovery, unresolved feelings, bold actions, and meaningful conversations. Striking the perfect balance between its humor and vulnerability, the final installment will see the women experience love, loss, and professional junctions, but through it all, they will grasp the friendship that has been the hallmark of it all thus far.
When remembering the last episode of the season, actress Sayani Gupta was grateful for the opportunity to play the character of Damini and stated that it has been a liberating experience for her to portray the character. Actress Kirti Kulhari appreciated the development of character Anjana and stated that it is closely connected to women around the world.
Actress Maanvi Gagroo stated that the season was a tribute to their loyal fans, while actress Bani J stated that their hearts were poured out to give it a special meaning as a last tribute to their fans.
“This season isn’t going to be about new beginnings. It is going about finishing the journey the way it should be – with honesty, strength, and authenticity,” say the creators. The final season of Four More Shots Please!, which is being helmed by Arunima Sharma and Neha Parti Matiyani, will go on air on Prime Video on December 19, 2025.
