Masaba Gupta and husband, actor Satyadeep Misra, who have spent their first Diwali as new parents, shared a happy post this Diwali. Just days after welcoming the baby on October 11, Masaba took to Instagram on October 31 to give fans an inside look at the festivities. Her post had the heartwarming moment she shared with her husband and mother Neena Gupta as well as stepfather Vivek Mehra, whereas some of the snaps capture small joys of celebration. Aww: their cute little doggy made a special appearance in their family picture.

Veteran actress Neena Gupta shared some Diwali photos and wishes to her family. Known for her grit and talent, Neena has certainly seen her fair share of career challenges. A few years ago, she gained widespread attention after pleading through social media for good work; today, it is evident that all that pleading did the trick. She was overjoyed that she finally was offered complex lead roles and not just supporting ones she always felt herself relegated to. Reflecting on her own journey, she said of her rich experience on the small screen as she’s worked in 150 series and created her own award-winning show.
Neena has earned another feather for her hat, as she won the fourth National Film Award Best Supporting Actor award for acting in Uunchai. The movie is set to release soon, after the director, Sooraj Barjatya, finalized his stellar line-up of ensemble cast to star in this movie which includes Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, and Danny Denzongpa.
