Pre-Wedding Rituals
1. Raata Ceremony:
Earlier, Sobhita was a part of the Raata ceremony, which is an exclusive Telugu ritual having symbolic elements like planting bamboo sticks with mango, jamun, and jammi leaves. She wore her family’s heirloom jewellery for this moment, which made it emotionally high.
2. Mangalasnaanam:
After the Raata, the couple performed the Mangalasnaanam, a purification ritual similar to the Haldi ceremony.
The Wedding
The big fat wedding will be held at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, owned by Nagarjuna Akkineni, Naga Chaitanya’s father.
