Rakhi Sawant’s lawyer, Falguni Brahmabhatt, has dismissed ex-husband Adil Khan Durrani’s allegations that Rakhi’s recent hospitalization is a ploy to avoid surrendering to the police. Falguni Brahmabhatt stated that Rakhi has genuine medical issues and will undergo surgery soon.
Adil Khan Durrani had posted a video implying that Rakhi’s hospitalization before her court hearing was a way to avoid surrendering to the police. However, Falguni Brahmabhatt refuted these claims, saying, “Rakhi has medical issues, no doubt about it. Whatever Adil is saying, that is what he is thinking. He believes that because the court date is coming near, Rakhi is spreading rumors. But that is not true, she is undergoing treatment and shall undergo surgery soon.”
Falguni Brahmabhatt also highlighted that Rakhi has fibrosis, heart issues, anxiety, chest pain, and palpitations, and that Adil was not present during her medical tests. She emphasized that Rakhi will follow the Supreme Court’s directions and will not evade the law.
The lawyer concluded, “Adil is just trying to grab publicity in this… He is only doing this to grab publicity.” Rakhi Sawant’s legal team will take appropriate steps to ensure her legal procedures are followed, and she will appear before the court as required.
