Ranbir Kapoor continues to earn admiration not only for his acting talent but also for his down-to-earth and generous personality. Recently, a heartwarming moment was captured on the sets of his upcoming film Love & War, where the Bollywood superstar celebrated the birthday of his spot boy—a long-time team member. Dressed casually in an all-black loungewear set, Ranbir sang a birthday song and shared a slice of cake with his staff, showcasing his humility and warmth toward those who work with him.

This gesture is in line with the actor’s reputation for being kind, caring, and protective of his family, as well as his close-knit crew. Ranbir’s rapport with his team members highlights his genuine nature, which is often celebrated by those who work with him in the industry.

Meanwhile, fans are eagerly anticipating Love & War, the epic saga directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film features Ranbir Kapoor alongside Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt. The actor was recently spotted with Vicky Kaushal in Bikaner, where they were prepping for their roles as Indian Armed Forces officers. Their reunion after Sanju (2018) is generating much excitement among their fans.

The film is set to hit theaters on March 20, 2026, and is already making waves due to its ambitious scale, with war sequences that are said to be unlike anything Bollywood has seen before. The production cost is expected to be around ₹200 crore (excluding talent fees), with Bhansali himself funding the movie, further showcasing his commitment to creating a grand cinematic experience.

As for Ranbir’s shooting schedule, he will begin his solo sequences in November 2024, with Vicky Kaushal joining the production shortly afterward. Alia Bhatt, who is currently wrapping up her other commitments, will begin filming in December 2024. Ranbir is aiming to wrap his portion of Love & War by mid-2025, before shifting focus to other major projects like Ramayana: Part 2 and Dhoom 4.

In the midst of all this, casting director Mukesh Chhabra has lauded Ranbir’s unique charm and star power, describing him as “number 1” due to the excitement his films generate. This ongoing admiration from peers and fans alike highlights why Ranbir Kapoor remains one of Bollywood’s most beloved stars.
