Dia Mirza recently shared a funny and memorable anecdote from her time on the set of Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge, where she worked with Salman Khan. Recalling a moment from the shoot, Dia revealed that Salman Khan casually mentioned to her that an actress who was playing his on-screen mother had once been his heroine in an earlier film.
This remark left Dia both shocked and amused, as she couldn’t quite process the idea of the actress, who was now playing Salman’s mother, being his leading lady years before.
Salman, known for his playful humor, then delivered a witty remark to Dia, saying, “Yes, and one day, you’ll play my mother.” The comment stunned Dia, and she couldn’t help but laugh at the thought, saying she was baffled by the idea.
Despite the humor, Dia fondly recalled how she had been a big fan of Salman before working with him, and was deeply impressed by his caring and protective nature on set.
Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge (2002) was an action-packed movie featuring emotional themes, starring Salman Khan, Dia Mirza, Sushmita Sen, Rajpal Yadav, and others in pivotal roles.
