Although Nick has not publicly discussed their coming out, they have been quite active on social media, sharing everything from selfies to personal moments. It’s still a pretty big move, considering they’ve always kept their sexuality and identity quite private.

Nick comes from Washington and started their artistic journey from a tender age, starting Ballet at just three years and appearing in Community Theater as early as six. Over the years, they have been able to shine through some amazing projects such as Paul Thomas Anderson’s Licorice Pizza and Marvel’s TV Series, The Gifted. The big milestone for them came when they played Jackie Oppenheimer- sister-in-law of Robert Oppenheimer- in the blockbuster feature Oppenheimer directed by Christopher Nolan.

All eyes will now be on Nick, who in the meantime has one more film releasing called The New Me. Since there is nobody to confirm the release date yet, it remains to be seen if Nick will still be presented as “Emma Dumont” or by their new name. The fans and followers continue to celebrate and bathe in Nick’s creativity and courageous willingness to truly be who they are.
