Olivia Rodrigo had a scary moment during her recent Guts World Tour in Melbourne, Australia. The three-time Grammy winner was energising the crowd at the Rod Laver Arena when she accidentally fell into a gap in the stage. Thankfully, she managed to grab the edge and pull herself back up. Despite the unexpected mishap, the 21-year-old singer lightened the mood by making a joke about the incident. Footage shared on social media shows her running around the stage, greeting her fans, when the unexpected fall happened. After recovering, Olivia informed her audience that she was fine and not hurt at all. Her quick recovery and sense of humour left the crowd cheering.
During the time of the incident, Olivia was moving around the stage, fully focused on her performance. Unfortunately, she didn’t notice a gap in the stage as the spotlight was shining on her, while the surrounding area was in darkness. The lack of visibility made it difficult for her to notice the hole. Immediately after recovering, the singer said, “Oh my god, that was fun, I’m okay. Sometimes it’s just a whole exchange. That’s alright.” Rodrigo then energetically greeted her fans, saying “Where was I? How are we doing tonight, Melbourne?”

Meanwhile, those who couldn’t attend Olivia Rodrigo’s concerts in person, she has a special treat for them. Earlier this month, the singer announced that a concert movie will be released on Netflix starting October 29. This film was shot at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles and offers a thrilling glimpse into her sold out arena tour.
Speaking about the same, Olivia said, “I am so excited to share the GUTS World Tour with my fans. For those of you who didn’t get a chance to rock out in-person, now you can have the best seats in the house. And to the fans who cheered, screamed, and danced with me, I am so glad we get to do it all over again.”
Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour began in February 2024 in California and is set to wrap up in July 2025 at Co-op Live in Manchester.
