As Mohan finds himself juggling four wives simultaneously, the confusion escalates further when the police begin pursuing him after he confesses to his tangled marital situation. The premise sticks closely to the slapstick comedy and mistaken-identity formula that defined the first film.

Critically, the film has received a mixed response. The Hindustan Times review noted that Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 largely stays within its comfort zone. While it offers a handful of entertaining moments and features a committed cast, the stretched runtime works against it.
